17.01.2022 Yesterday we installed our new mobile scale unit from Optiweigh! This transportable machine can be easily towed to any paddock, and remotely collects weight gain data on individual animals identified by their NLIS tag. The information can then be put straight into our stock database to help us make decisions about genetics selection in the stud, livestock management, paddock rotations and marketing the end product.
