04.01.2022 For 6 months now I have worked to build a business coaching business, helping some small businesses to transform & productise their services. Yet in these six months, in my efforts to be an 'authority' in the market, I stopped doing what I teach: I stopped testing & learning. Instead, I went to market with a proposition that was not fit for the customer and I have learned (the hard way) that small businesses have bigger problems that I am not suited to solve.... So today marks my 'pivot', my learning point, the restart of my 'empathise & learn' phase and a change of direction. Some changes: 1) Simplifying the name - the business will now be simply known as 'Telos' 2) Targeting new kinds of customers: - ENTREPRENEURS who have product ideas - help accelerate their discovery phase, - PRODUCT MANAGERS & leaders of established products - help innovate & 'renovate' their existing products & services 3) Testing everything - starting with my tagline.
