25.01.2022 With the prediction of chilly, rainy weather on Friday we have booked the stadium for this weeks Net Set Go comp. As there is only 2 courts, this week will be split into 2 sessions: 4:00-4:45 - Net & Set groups (Preschool/Kinder/Yr 1) 4:45-5:30 - Go group (Yr 2/3/4)... Due to Covid-19 restrictions we ask you please leave stadium after your child’s session (unless you have children in other age group) and maintain social distancing. Entry to stadium will likely be through side door near play equipment due to current renovations at stadium entrance. Please keep an eye out for roster with duties for this week.

25.01.2022 That’s a wrap for Net Set Go 2019! We were lucky enough to squeeze in our last game on our new courts this afternoon & don’t they look great! Thank you to all our wonderful participants/parents for a wonderful year. Special mention to our coaches - Lily Reinhold, Bridie Gilchrist, Halle Derrick, Abbey Reinhold, Sammie Smith, Caitlin Schmidt, Ella Van Egmond & Regan Gilchrist for giving up your time every Friday to teach our future netballers - the future of netball in Temora looks bright! 23.01.2022 Only 2 hours left until rep nominations close for the 2020 season! Anyone unsure of what rep involves -here’s a run down. U11s development squad -train weekly(starting feb 2020 until June) and attend 4-5 carnivals (at coaches discretion) This age group is just what the name suggests - developing our netballers. It’s aimed at teaching the fundamentals of netball and consolidating these new skills at carnivals in readiness for State Age the following year. ... 12s/13s & 14s age groups - also train weekly and attend 4-5 carnivals (at coaches discretion), & attend Junior State Titles at Baulkham Hills 3-6th July. 15s & 17s - train weekly and attend carnivals at coaches discretion and attend Senior State Titles at Bankstown on long weekend in June. 23.01.2022 Some exciting things are happening at the Boom Netball Complex - we are getting new courts With expected date of completion at the end of September this will mean we are going to have to find a new venue for our spring Net Set Go Competition. Stay tuned for further details.

22.01.2022 And that’s a wrap for our 15s Rep Team who finished 8th out of 19 teams ( 12 wins & 6 loses) in division 2 @ the 2019 Senior State Titles. Awesome results for TTNA Thanks to our wonderful coach Ange, our team manager - Renae, primary carer - Leanne and all the helpful parents! We truly appreciate all the work that goes into preparing for State Titles.

19.01.2022 Nominations are now closed for the 2020 Representative Season! Trials for the 12s, 13s, 14s & 15s Age Groups will be held this Thursday 5.30pm at the Boom Netball Complex for those who have submitted a nomination form.... All players are to wear comfortable clothing with NO representative attire to be worn during the selection trials. There will be a parent information session held during the trials for all parents/carers.

17.01.2022 Umpires Wanted!! The Australian Defence Force are running a Combined Netball competition in Wagga from Sunday to Friday and they need umpires. You don’t have to be available for every day - they will take people for whenever they are available. They will pay $30 per game & you must wear all whites. You will have plenty of support! 17.01.2022 Our wonderful representative committee hosted our annual presentation dinner last Friday night to mark the end of yet another successful year of netball for TTNA. Among the presentations made by the coaches was a very special presentation of life membership presented to Paula Gilchrist who has dedicated 12 years of service to our association. Paula has played a vital role in TTNA’s success and has been a driving force in keeping netball alive and strong in Temora. Thank you Paula for all your hard work. 16.01.2022 TTNA Rep Trials 20 October 2020 At this point in time we have insufficient numbers in the 12s, 15s & 17s age groups. Therefore we have decided to extend nominations (for these age divisions only) until October 31st 2020. Dependent on numbers received - trials will then be run on Thursday 5th November. If there are insufficient numbers - TTNA will not be entering teams in these age groups for the 2021 rep season. Trials for the 13s and 14s and meet and greet for the U11s development will still be going ahead at the Boom Netball Courts at 5.30 on the 20th October.

As discussed following trials the 12s & 13s teams will not be announced until after the first carnival next year. All players in these age groups will continue to train together from February 2020 with the final teams to be announced after the first carnival. Training for the 13s will be Mondays 4.15pm with the 12s/14s & 15s to train Tuesdays at 5pm. The 11s training... day & time is still to be confirmed. 06.01.2022 Attention all netballers - Past & Present! Temora Rugby Union Club are after any old Netball’s and Net Set Go shirts or uniforms. The Union Club will be taking 2nd hand balls and uniforms to the children of Fiji when they head over in a couple of weeks - and they would love to be able to take something for the netballers. So if you have any old net set go balls or shirts laying around that are still in reasonable condition you can bring them Friday night. Ali McCrone has kindly offered to collect all donations.

03.01.2022 YOUTH GIRLS AFL COMPETITION. Any girls interested in playing in a Wed afternoon AFL comp in wagga? Heaps of fun & no experience necessary. U'12's (yr 5+) U'14s or U'16s. Comp starts in July usually a 6 week comp. In the past car pooling has been organized (so parents dont have to travel every week). Depending on numbers will determine which age groups we enter.
