A... fast moving bushfire is currently threatening properties near the golf course. The following roads are affected by this fast moving bushfire: Corral Road Humpty Doo Pioneer Drive Humpty Doo Woodcoat Crescent Girraween Anglesey Road Girraween Produce Road - Girraween Residents are advised to start activating their fire plans, turn on sprinklers, close any windows, contain pets and monitor conditions. Aerial fire fighting assets will be in the area. People are advised to avoid the area where possible, limit any unnecessary travel and not operate drones in the area. Its hot, dry and wind...y making fires extremely unpredictable and challenging to control. Under these conditions it is paramount you remain alert and keep up to date on the latest bushfire information. An inter-agency Emergency Operations Centre has been established at Bushfires NT Headquarters in Acacia Hills. Bushfires NT staff and volunteers are working together with the Department Environment & Natural Resources, Parks & Wildlife, the Dept Infrastructure, Planning & Logistics, Defence and NT Police, Fire and Emergency Services including the Territory Response Group who are currently conducting 128 property impact assessments. To help keep you informed a Bushfire Information Hotline has been established, for bushfire information call 8946 4147. It uses the Sentinel-2 satellites with ...10 m pixels, unlike our 250m moderate resolution mapping It's not validated, unlike our moderate resolution mapping, but it's looking good.
