23.01.2022 Hi Parents. Unfortunately not the news we wanted. But we are close. It looks like the 1st of November is when we can celebrate with classes. Hopefully if all goes well we can hear better news this time next week. Cross your fingers everyone. We are nearly there. Start strong and stay positive. 17.01.2022 Attention all Ninjas. After 8 months our Dojo doors reopen tomorrow with some hugely delighted children and I am sure adults too. Thank you everyone who supported the club in every different way. ... All classes are back Little Ninjas, Weapons, Junior Black belts and Adults. Please check your email and book your class as we are limited by the governments restrictions. We have 6 great weeks of the year left and there can be many goals achieved in this time. Download the form and put it on the fridge because I can't wait to run this program.

12.01.2022 Hi Parents, Please see below for our Super Summer Holiday Program. It runs from the 4th of January to the 21st of January. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and we open from 8:30am and close at 5:30pm. We will be holding GYMNASTICS training, KARATE training, KATA training and a long list of totally awesome games all day. So download your forms, book the kids in for the most awesome day they will never forget. Have a great holiday. See you all soon.

09.01.2022 Hi, Mums and Dads and all students of Tenshi-Do Martial Arts. I hope that you are all safe and staying as strong as you can be. It truly is a time that calls on the utmost strength from deep inside of you. To all the parents who are homeschooling and working from home, and looking after their children at the same time. I know the mental strength you have had to find during this crazy time. You all amaze me and inspire me at the same time. Now back to karate.... No more live classes. I am sorry but unfortunately, the current government guidelines state that Gym/Karate school owners cannot go to their premises to tape an online class. What will happen from here? If there is anyone student or parent who would like to do zoom training sessions one on one, then please email me back with the time and day that you would prefer. For those who have paid the full fee for the term, you will be able to have one session a week for free, otherwise, the session will be $7.50 for 15 minutes. In this time I can check your Kata and give feedback for you to complete your next grading. Thank you, everyone, for reading and taking the time out of your day. I hope you stay well and safe and I cannot wait to get back to teaching your children albeit they have most likely grown bigger and I may not recognise some of them. 05.01.2022 What can I say but Congratulations everyone on a great job grading this week. We had an amazing term with so many students coming back. The atmosphere was amazing. The energy was incredible and the experience extraordinary. Thank you to all the instructor staff. Catherine, Kira, Courtney, Victor, Keane, Kayla, Kaitlyn and Alen and the Desk Ninja Jessica for an amazing term 4. We had so many children have an amazing time and so many smiley faces back with us. ... I know we can grow stronger in 2021 and we look forward to having you back with us soon. Have a great Christmas everyone. We have two weeks off and then we are back at for the Super Summer of Karate. Sleep well kids you did an amazing job. Sensei Leigh-Jay

01.01.2022 Karate classes are back! Hi parents and students, I am sure you have enjoyed your first week out of lockdown and now we can look forward to getting back to normal.... If you don’t already know the current government guidelines will allow us to open back up in a great way. Up to 20 students on the floor. One parent can stay inside the dojo to observe/ help their child if they so wish too. We will still need to do social distancing where possible sitting in the foyer, so please be mindful of everyone else. There will be no longer the need to temperature check and we will (as per our normal procedure) be taking note of who is in the class, and if need be we will have to provide the state with phone numbers for contact tracing. This is fantastic news and means that we can have some normality back in our classes and lives. Karate has always been at the forefront of helping a child’s self-confidence and self-discipline. I believe where possible it is vital that as many children attend their after school activities again to gain that confidence and discipline back. These restrictions may be eased further and although I can say I don’t think we will be going backwards into restrictions it is vital to plan ahead. If you haven’t already done so please message me or email me and book your child into the karate class for term 4. We will have 6 weeks of classes left before we break for the summer and have our Super Summer of Karate. If you can please support the club by coming just one day in the summer program, it will make the world of difference to your child. I really can’t wait to see everyone’s face again. I am sure everyone is smiling with some great weather and the ability to room around our beautiful state. The best state in Australia. See you in the Dojo everyone.
