25.01.2022 There are times when the planets all just align perfectly and we get to create some incredible magic with those we love! This beautiful human has helped me in ways I dont even know how to explain. Maria is a woman who sees the world in such a gentle understanding perspective. She and husband Al have been a huge influence on my photography in more ways than one. Nurturers, teachers, supporters and all round incredible Homo Sapiens. ... They and their insanely amazing daughter Eliot are back in Brisbane for the birth of their second super human when I found this out it was one of the best days Ive had during COVID. Photographing Maria in the mangroves was not just something I have hoped to do for many years it was just a joy to be out photographing again with fresh eyes and inspiration. I know Ive said it before but I cannot wait for baby number two to arrive I have so many favourites from this shoot, which is your favourite image from this set? So whenever I go somewhere and there is a cat and Benny is not around my heart melts on the outside. Sarah and Brendon still found a way to incorporate everyone that was unable to attend by using tech savvy friends and social platforms to live stream the ceremony. 05.01.2022 When Belinda and Sam got in touch with me about their Brisbane Wedding, I just knew these two would be a lot of fun. Having an engagement session with their wedding photography gave us the chance to catch up and get to know each other before the big day. I was super excited to photograph these two at Sherwood Arboretum earlier this month. We spent the session wandering around Sherwood Arboretum, which is perfect for photos in the winter because the light is so good.
