24.01.2022 We are soon to be switching over to the NBN.... so far, we’ve had no less than FIVE NBN appointment changes..... some of you might remember the last time we did this... back in 2017, 6 weeks in, we were disconnected without warning..... let’s hope that won’t happen this time.... Meanwhile, Terry is still sorting out everyone’s vision requirements! New frames arrive regularly so feel free to drop by and and choose some new eyewear from our extensive range! Our friendly staff are only too happy to assist.

17.01.2022 PHONE LINE TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED To all our faithful clients and suppliers Due to a massive mix up regarding our transition from ADSL to NBN, our internet, fax and phone lines have been disconnected, without warning or explanation. This means we also have no email. This took place on 14th December, and we are still trying to get Telstra and NBN to rectify the problem. It is proving to be a long and frustrating process, so please bear with us. We do not return to our norm...al business hours until 8.30 am on January 8th at which time we will post a mobile phone contact number if this issue has not been resolved by then. 11.01.2022 In view of recent events due to the Corona virus pandemic, Terry Duffy Optometrist advises that we are suspending routine eye examinations, from Wed 1st April until and including Monday 4th May. This may require extension. Hours of opening for URGENT cases only will be reduced from Monday 6th of April until further notice. OUR NEW OPENING HOURS 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Monday to Friday. CLOSED on SATURDAY. This may change, depending on Government directives in the future, and how the... pandemic progresses. We strongly advise any elderly or vulnerable clients to consider the necessity for attending our practice during these uncertain times. Please heed all social distancing and hygiene advice.
