16.01.2022 The staff at TerryWhite Chemmart Fourways would like to thank all their customers, patients and suppliers during this difficult and ever evolving time of COVID19, for their patience and understanding, as the staff deal with the complexities of continuing to deliver the pharmacy service that you expect. We have implemented social distancing queuing within the store, a constant monitoring of total occupant numbers contained within the store, and sanitisation of dispense termina...ls and tills between each customer, which has slowed us down, but only for everybodys protection. We still continue to ask those patients currently unwell to contact us via phone to organise an alternate delivery of our service, whether home delivery or a friend or family to present, to allow the patient to remain at home. All safety measures being imposed by businesses are there to save and protect lives. Secondly, we would like to acknowledge TerryWhite Chemmart Management, the Pharmacy Guild of Australia Tasmania Branch for their ongoing store support and guidance regarding above set protocols as well as personal support to staff and pharmacy owners. We thank our families for their support and understanding at home in supporting us with continuing our roles in the workplace. Thank you to all other pharmacy staff, healthcare workers and essential occupation staff that are continuing their roles day in and day out, often under severe stress and pressure of the effect of COVID-19.
