07.01.2022 Supporting Charity is something we do as often as we can. 3 of Surge Fitness star RPM instructors are donating their time to put together a one off, SPECIAL 3 hour marathon RPM Class, in support of the Mito Foundation. You can choose to do 1 hour, 2 hours or even go the whole 3 hours! ... Why dont you challenge a mate to join you and see how long you can go for? Who will take out the bragging rights for having stayed for the FULL 3 hours? This EPIC ride will take place on Saturday, 1st September. 03.01.2022 Some of our 8 week challengers BEFORE their Energy Circuit session on Thursday. They look far too fresh and smiley for it to be post workout An energy circuit is a metabolic session designed to create a disturbance within your body. We use lots of different exercises combined with different timings to keep you on your toes and the workouts exciting. You may find one week its Tabata timing or HIIT timing the next. Sometimes theres no timing and its just as many rounds as ...possible (AMRAP). Whatever it is, it is sure to be a great workout You can find out for yourself, by joining the team on a Thursday night at 5:45PM in the group fitness studio.
