24.01.2022 Tonight, Thai Rock Restaurant at Stockland Wetherill Park will reopen, six weeks after it closed due to an outbreak of COVID-19, and they need your support. Own...ers David and Stephanie, and their staff, have been working hard to reopen their restaurant with all the appropriate COVID Safe plans in place to make sure diners can return with confidence. Like many businesses, Thai Rock were simply unlucky to get caught up in the spread of COVID-19. It is important that we support our local businesses during COVID-19. When you #golocalfirst you support local families and jobs. Thai Rock Fairfield Champion Fairfield Advance

22.01.2022 DID YOU KNOW? Bamboo shoots or bamboo sprouts are the edible shoots (new bamboo culms that come out of the ground) of many bamboo species including Bambusa vulgaris and Phyllostachys edulis. They are used as vegetables in numerous Asian dishes and broths. They are sold in various processed shapes, and are available in fresh, dried, and canned versions In Thai cuisine bamboo shoots are called no mai. It can be used in stir-fries, soups such as tom kha kai, curries such as kaen...g tai pla, as well as in salads such as sup no-mai. On your next visit to Thai Rock make sure to order one of these dishes. Or ask one of our friendly staff memeber for a recommendations.

18.01.2022 We are registered as a COVID Safe venue, we are happy to have any customer view our COVID Safe Plan and walk them through our measures together with the training certificates achieved by our staff. These measures are designed to ensure we keep our customers, community and staff safe.
18.01.2022 To ensure our valued customers are fully aware of our current capacities, we felt it appropriate that we help everyone understand the derivation of our specific capacity. The current government requirements indicate that in utilising the 4sqm rule, any venue up to 200sqm utilises the full area of the premises in the calculation. Our Wetherill Park venue is 200sqm and as such has a maximum capacity of 50 customers. With this limitation, please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment. We look forward to welcoming our customers to our venue.
18.01.2022 Thank you Mayor Frank Carbone for your kind words, greatly appreciated at this time. We will look forward to welcoming you back to our venue when we re-open. Stay safe and well in these challenging times.

13.01.2022 To ensure our Zoono surface sanitiser is applied in a controlled and effective manner, we have invested in Victor Electrostatic Spray technology. This technology ensures consistant, even coverage of those difficult to reach undersurfaces of fittings and fixtures such as chairs, tables, and other touch points that could potentially be overlooked in daily cleaning. This added measure of complete sanitising coverage further enhances the proactive protection for our community, customers and staff. https://victorysprayers.com.au/

10.01.2022 We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. Winston Churchill These words ring so true for us, especially at this time. It is true that our business provides our staff and our family with a ‘living’, but by sharing in this challenging environment, and by giving back to those who are supporting us, each and every one of us has continued to improve our ‘life’ Since our re-opening two months ago, we have had so many of our loyal customers , and ma...ny new ones come to talk with us, share their stories and support, helping us all to rebuild our lives We enjoy chatting with our customers , ensuring at all times to observe the necessary COVID-19 restrictions, and where necessary, helping our customers to better understand our measures and how this helps ensure their safety We want our customers to feel safe whilst maintaining the friendly and fun atmosphere many associate with our venue It has been a tough couple of months, probably more than we had expected it to be but thanks to our supportive community, we are getting there . We were especially pleased that our Fairfield Major Frank Carbone, publicly showed his support for us, both in terms of commenting through Facebook on our situation, but also in coming in person to perform the official re-opening of our Wetherill Park venue. If anyone is wondering how you could continue to support us, we would love it if you would share this post, leave a review, https://g.page/thai-rock/review?rc or tell your friends. Everyone at Thai Rock wants to let those who have taken the time to read this post, and who have supported us, that we are all genuinely grateful for your valued support, and we will strive to continue delivering our high standards in service, product and good cheer . As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. JFK See more
