The ‘Read the Signs’ training aims to raise men’s awareness on stress... and depression, suicide prevention, help seeking, self-care, and how to help mates who may be struggling. I ask if you would be able to share this with your team mates and share with any men that may be interested. In Australia, 3 out of every 4 suicides are by men. Not only is there a need for greater understanding of factors influencing male suicide but, if it is to be adequately addressed, all of us must become part of the solution- watchful and preventative ‘eyes and ears’ in our communities. Sessions are delivered virtually.
