15.01.2022 R U OK? Today is the day to make sure you ask the question. Many people hide their true feelings behind their "Outer Mask" they can seem to be okay on the outside but are not coping on the inside. 2020 has been a year of many emotional, traumatic and life changing events and has affected everyone differently. This simple question can help someone release some of their inner turmoil.... " You dont need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener. Use these four steps and have a conversation that could change a life: 1. Ask R U OK? 2. Listen 3. Encourage action 4. Check in" #RUOK #RUOKDay #RUOK2020 #RUOKay #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #depression #2020
