19.01.2022 Its the little things that make the difference between a good tradesman and a quick and cheep tradesman. Here because the timber is external after cutting some Palings for a balustrade type application we seal the ends with a cost effective spray pack solution. This is specifically designed for externally treated timber like this H3 Losp product. An undercoat primer on the ends is also a good solution but doesn't go an as quickly, costing you money, and it also doesn't have the active copper component that this spray pack does. Make sure your tradesman seals the ends of all timber especially on those that will be exposed to the elements.

And what an incredible radio #makita have made @makitaaustralia I couldn't be happier, it has bluetooth, digital radio, a charging port on the front and one of my favourite features, a subwoofer! 18.01.2022 Heavy load for a big job. Tricky tiedown for a lot of FC sheets, gyprock and timber. We made a frame out of the timber for the job, to evenly hold the 3.6m lengths of gyprock and 2.4m FC sheets. What's the job you say? Watch this space...

14.01.2022 Working on Russell Island did present some unique challenges; because of the $240 round trip cost it wasn't possible to do a site inspection, so we needed to bring all tools necessary and any materials or fixings needed for this small bathroom reno and kitchen cabinetry modification. Our latest change has introduced a builders trailer into our setup so that we can carry everything we might need to ultimately make as little of an impact on your busy schedule as possible and get the jobs done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. I carry alot of commonly used screws, nails and even door hardware including locks, magnetic catches and rubber stops. @ Russell Island
