24.01.2022 Finally the answer to 'What can you do with 2 dozen eggs, 4 kilos of sugar and 6 kilos of chocolate and 5 kilos of fondant?'. A super gourmet chocolate mud cake to help Gundaroo Public School celebrate it's 150th anniversary! The finished product measured 85cm long by 55 cm wide and 10 cm tall. After the official cake cutting by the youngest student of the school and the oldest former principal the cake was cut up to feed over 400 people.
