Take a read below and let us know if you agree! {review} Cold brew here in the states is cool and all (I know, how punny ) but international cold brews are really, really cool. Not only do you get to try a completely different cold brew but you also get to see the different coffee philosophies of countries, like Australia! They love cold brew as mu...ch as we do, as seen with companies like @thatcoldstuffau. Their cold brew is made from a blend of South American beans designed and roasted exclusively for them. Brewing time varies depending on the weather and climate, ranging anywhere from 8-24 hours. However @thatcoldstuffau is always brewed and sold as a concentrate. The mark of a good cold brew concentrate is the ability to drink it before dilution - no crazy bitterness, strong but smooth, and full of flavor. @thatcoldstuffau was all of the above. Strong as heck? Yes, but I wouldnt expect anything less from an Australian cold brew! I diluted with little bit of water and it was still rich in flavorful smokey notes. @thatcoldstuffau is currently only available in the Great Down Under, but rumor is we may be seeing these here very soon....I sure hope we do!
