21.01.2022 Hot tips on ***What to do to lose*** Weigh your food correctly.... Follow the meal plan or listed foods. Finish eating and sipping at least a couple of hours before going to bed. Eat around the same time each day. Grazing is acceptable skipping meals is not. Step1 is unlimited cals of listed food. Step 2 is 500 cals. No more. No less. Step3 1000cals. (We can ease into this though in the first week) Make sure your protein doesnt have fat on when you cook. Or at least use low fat mince. Take your supplements 3 times a day. You may hold during your cycle. They will stop. So will the hold. (If you are still getting them) Give your Mentor your weight and bodies observations daily. We give tips daily if necessary. If you dont, at least contact them when the bowels havent moved for more than 3 days. We know tricks to help. Reduce stress as this will give us a reason to hold. Sleep well. Its how we heal, and when we lose. Write a journal or food diary. Sometimes our bodies hold water and our waste for a few days while its repairing the gut. This is when cms are being lost. 14.01.2022 Plateauing? Maybe not... OK so you are making some awesome changes in your body when suddenly things start to slow. Dont fret you are in good company and we know what is going on. If you dont experience a weight loss plateau on our program in all honesty consider yourself quite lucky. Weight loss plateaus are common with our program - our bodies can be quite resistant to change! When you start burning fat, more often youll notice that the area where the fat used to be t...ends to takes on a soft or a bit of a flabby feel. This soft or flabby fat - some even call squishy fat will form as fat cells start to dissolve or are mobilized. The area where they once were gets filled with water. This makes the area feel and look softer than normal. The squishy or soft fat gathers in areas that we can see it, as well as internally where it is not seen.
