13.01.2022 FREE PILATES TRAINING Hey everyone ... I'm so excited that we will be reopening as of next Monday 15 June at 6am. I know you are just as excited and I can't wait to see you all. ... As a celebration of our reopening and our 7th year open, I am announcing that we are offering free training to everyone for the rest of the month. If you are new and have never been to our studio, you are more than welcome to tale advantage of our free offer. Just text me on 0414264183 and we will book you in. I want everyone to have 2 FREE SESSIONS a week for the rest of June with no obligation at all. All you need to do is text me with yoir name, the day and time you want to come. 12.01.2022 Well guys, we did it ... we made number 1 in the INDIVIDUAL fund raising for Mater Dai and I owe it all to you and your kind and generous donations. My final call to you yesterday raised nearly $1000 ... my business donated $450 and our final total was $6100. Thank you so much to everyone who got behind me and supported this cause. Your money will go towards the deserving kids in Macarthur at Matre Dai where they do amazing things for kids in need ... thank you ... thank you ... thank you ... you are all true friends ... oh and we were second overall ... we were second only to a TEAM and that team is the large company ... TRN ... Feel proud that we came close to even knocking them off ... thank you everyone.

08.01.2022 Hi Everyone ... as you know I've been raising money for Mater Dai School by rowing 10km a day for two weeks on the rowing machine. So far I've raised $4850. My target is $5000. The fund raiser finishes today ... I am appealing to all those who have not yet donated to give generously to this worthy cause that gives so much quality of life to my grandson Ethan. 01.01.2022 FREE PILATES IN JULY We had the best response to our FREE PILATES GIVE-AWAY in June ... What an exciting and busy month ... We thanked all who returned to us by rewarding them with JULY FREE as well... Thanks guys!!!! This wonderful response by our amazing friends means we are now almost full.... For those still contemplating ... we are giving you JULY FREE as well ... all you have to do is come train with us ... FREE ... in July then commit to training for 7 months at 2 sessions per week ... or commit to 1 session per week and get two weeks free. We have just 20 spaces left ... after that ...
