25.01.2022 My favourite time of the year. Imagine staying at The Beach Retreat @Venus Bay very near the pretty town of Inverloch. Venus Bay beaches are also stunning and only a five minute walk from The Retreat. Cosy log fire to curl up by in the crisp evenings and fabulous places to explore during the day. It doesn't get much better. Check on Airbnb for availability then message me. We offer very special discounts for Facebook bookings.

21.01.2022 There is so much going on in gorgeous Venus Bay this winter you won't even notice the cold. This Chinese banquet looks amazing. We have some weekends and mid-week available at The Beach Retreat. Take a long walk on the beach, have some fab food at Cavity or at home then curl up in front of the log burner for a movie marathon or just read a book. We even supply the wood. 14.01.2022 After a massive summer we have said farewell to the last of our beautiful guests and are full steam ahead transforming our home into a spectacular home away from home available for you all to enjoy. As some of you know we will be travelling for a year from the 31st of March and have decided to make our whole house available on Homeaway (Stayz) and Airbnb. We are taking bookings from the 1st of April. Already April is filling fast and we have heavy bookings for December/January. 09.01.2022 Blossom by blossom the spring begins. Here in the UK there is autumn in the air. We can just see that the ivy covering many of the houses is tinged with red and the poplar trees lining our drive are showing subtle signs of the change. As beautiful Gippsland moves towards sunshine and awakening you can make the most of it with a weekend or school holiday break away at The Beach Retreat.
