06.01.2022 Most of my daily skin care routine is done in the shower- I use & adore the @roccocobotanicals and @intraceuticals_official skin care ranges along with the @bestowbeautyaus supplements! My Morning routine is RB pore cleansing oil, purifying treatment essence, ceremide booster (this changes after each bottle), pomegranate eye balm and a tinted moisturiser with SPF. During TAFE & salon days I use @ecominerals powder, eyeliner & a tonne of lip gloss! The PM routine is much the ...same with RB pore cleansing oil, purifying treatment essence, pomegranate eye balm and the Bestow Nourishing facial oil. Each afternoon round 3pm I enjoy a afternoon smoothie with Bestow Beauty Plus Oil (EFAs), Gut Love + with berries, water, coconut milk and a banana. On top of this super quick daily routine I use an exfoliant once a week and a face mask - these products change depending my my skin needs & are always applied during the add breaks of whatever show I’m watching usually on Sunday nights - The Block is my preference at the moment! Yes I’m a beauty therapist - Yes I practice what I preach, but above all my skin is the largest organ in my body and without it the other systems would fall apart!
