16.01.2022 A common issue with the shower recesses the water membrane breaks down and leaks into wall cavity. This will slowly rot the timber elements of the wall system. If left untreated this is an example of what can happen. Give us a call before you want to place your house on the market and we will provide a hit list of things an inspector would look for.
