25.01.2022 Another week of isolation done and dusted! Make sure you still celebrate and get the Friday’s feels leading into the weekend. Have a fun lunch, knock off early, have some post work zoom wines with your colleagues. Keep the normality as normal as possible @ Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
25.01.2022 SAVE THIS POST Lamb ragu 1.7kg lamb shoulder 4 rashers of bacon ... 1 brown onion Lots of Garlic 2 carrots 3/4 cup red wine 800g tomato’s 1 cup chicken stock Rosemary Fat pasta Brown the lamb on each side just to seal in the juices. Take out and set on a plate to the side. Put onion, garlic, bacon and carrots into a pot and cook in oil for 5-7 mins just so they start to go soft and caramelise. Pour in wine and boil for a few mins. Then add the lamb, tomatoes, chicken stock and rosemary. Either on low heat or in low slow cooker for 6 hours. Serve with pasta @ Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

15.01.2022 Happy Friday! It may be overcast but that’s not going to dampen my mood. I have had such a busy and productive week and I can’t wait to finish it off by crushing the rest of my work today! Then I am off for a relaxing weekend away in the coast hinterland. I’m talking fire, wine and marshmallows What are you doing to relax this weekend? P.s. please excuse the random bruises on my legs.
