We have herb crumbed fish fillets atop golden fries with home made tartare, or grilled fish with roast garlic butter, braised bean and vegetable penne. Which will you choose Moranbah, the classic or the classy. Or just have both! $26 including crib, steak and chicken breast cooked to order. Open to the public every night from 4-9pm.

25.01.2022 Who doesnt love a good cheese burger? Well here us ours with a twist. Soft centred white chocolate and pistachio cookie, vanilla creme patisserie cheese, mixed berry jelly pattie and a brown sugar puff pastry bun.

22.01.2022 Shanks are back! We also have honey soy chicken wings, creamy mushroom soup, tender steaks, chicken breast, slow cooked pork with beans, mash potato as well as all the usual veggies, salads and yummy desserts. Just $26 including crib.

20.01.2022 Tonight at the Crib Hut we have these chicken and mushroom pot pies. Team them up with our roast pumpkin, spinach, fetta and pine nut salad and a bit of creamy mash potato and youre on to a winner. We also have our legendary bbq glazed ribs, lasagne, spaghetti with pulled pork ragout, creamy cauliflower soup as well as the usual mountains of fresh vegetables, salads and desserts. $26 including crib each night from 4.

19.01.2022 Confit garlic, lemon and sage roast chicken legs with a spiced sweet potato and mushroom salad. Also tonight we welcome back our special bbq ribs, Italian meat balls, creamy mushroom soup, pea, parmesan and spinach spaghetti and to warm you up, fresh from the oven Apple crumble and caramel custard. Add heaps of fresh salads and veggies, desserts and ice cream, steak and chicken to order and you have a smashing Saturday feast! $26 every night from 4 til 9.

14.01.2022 Six hour pork ribs in a spiced bbq glaze with roast capsicums stuffed with fetta, semi dried tomatoes and leek. We also have shephards pie, crumbed fish, fettucine with mushrooms and bacon, fresh steamed veggies and salads as well as desserts. Buffet including crib just $26!

13.01.2022 Tonight at the Crib Hut we have Irish lamb chops braised with spiced cous cous, roast sweet potato and capsicums. We also have roast chicken with confit garlic, lemon and sage, pork bangers with balsamic onions, creamy mushroom soup, cheese and bacon potato bake, fettucine Bolognese as well as the usual suspects. Desserts tonight are, of course, our warm Apple crumble, as well as home made lemon meringues, 100% gluten free orange and almond cake, rich mud cake and heaps of accompaniments. Just $26 every night from 4 including steaks and chicken cooked to order and crib.

12.01.2022 We have pizza and pasta tonight at the Crib Hut. Rich beef ragout, penne funghi, garlic and herb bread, salami, olive and capsicum pizza, a slow cooked bean and tomato braise, stacks of fresh vegetables and salads. Desserts are home made Apple strudel and a vanilla panna cotta with berries and honey cream. Steaks and chicken breast cooked to order plus crib for just $26. Open til 9 tonight.

07.01.2022 As usual we were about to snap a few photos of tonights dinner and, well, this happened. Tonights menu is pumpkin and spinach lasagne, curry pork sausages, chicken braised in lemon and dill, French bean cassoulet, all the veggies, lemon meringues and caramel baked custard pots.

06.01.2022 Tonight at the Crib Hut we have roasts galore. Lamb with garlic and thyme, cumin spiced pork and mustard rubbed beef. Also on the menu is baked barramundi, pumpkin, fetta and pine nut risotto, cauliflower gratin, roast potato, sweet potato and pumpkin as well as heaps of fresh steamed vegetables, salads and desserts. We also have sausages with caramelized onions and balsamic jus, fettucine carbonara, crumbed fish, loads of fresh salads and for dessert, French vanilla cheese cake with salted caramel sauce and mud cake with a rich ganache. $26 including crib, open to the public every day from 4-9pm.

03.01.2022 Tonight at the Crib Hut we have butter chicken with rice, home made baked beans with roast veggies, thick pork sausages with chilli con carne, slow cooked pork with red wine and tomatoes, fettucine Bolognese as well as all the usual salads, veggies and desserts. For something special we also have warm sticky date pudding smothered in a rich butterscotch sauce. All made in house by our chefs every day. Just $26 including crib.
