23.01.2022 We are all washing and sanitising our hands more than we usually would, which is great, but it can cause both irritation and dryness. We recommend using a good moisturiser or hand cream after each wash. Hot tip: soap-free cleansers work just as well in washing your hands, and they are less likely to cause dryness and irritation.

So how do we combat this? * Protect your skin - Antioxidants such as Vitamin C and E, and Niacinamide are key to protecting your skin from dehydration. Use a moisturiser and hydrating agents that minimise evaporation of water from the skin. Use a good lip balm to pretty dry, cracked lips. ... * Fuel your body - increase your water intake and decrease your consumption of caffeine and alcohol as they lead to dehydration.
