14.01.2022 Hope everyone is getting ready for ADCC on the 22nd of September. If you cant compete due to injury, are a coach that wants a better idea of the rules or want to give back to the sport you love. We have a Ref and Judges clinic before the event, on the Saturday the 7th of September. If you are intrested in getting qualified as an official let us know. Places are limited. All coordinator contact information is on the comp flyer.

13.01.2022 Just letting all the Submission Grappling/ Wrestling/ No Gi people out there know because we had some online entry difficulties we have extended the cut off for entry for 24 hours. So dont stress, have a good look at the ADCC Official website site Check out the rules and weight divisions, see where you fit sign up and come and roll.

12.01.2022 Hope all are well. We also hope you have been able to train your Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling during this lay off. Even if you dont have a partner or family member to drill/roll with you can keep up your fitness and strength and conditioning. Keep healthy, flexible and strong so as soon as training comes available again its a smooth and easy transition.
