02.01.2022 Well this was a hit... Made a stuffing of wholemeal bread, spinach, pinenuts, chorizo, garlic, eshallots, paprika, salt and pepper... Lamb loin then a slab of Camembert with the stuffing and roll up. If you want to do something like this for a dinner party but don’t want to do the rolling up ask the boys we can put the stuffing in for you and tie it all up
