25.01.2022 I cannot wait to present at the Ararat Regional Library on Wednesday 28th November. This beautiful little town is on the doorstep to the Grampians, its time to go and explore...

25.01.2022 I wanted to share this beautiful message which I received the other day. Ive not met this person but it goes to show how our actions can have a massive impact ...on the lives of others. Our behavior/actions will inadvertently make a positive impact or a negative impact on others. Lets think about our actions in life and make a positive difference. Dear Jeremy, I am in the midst of a very difficult and challenging time. After inadvertently seeing your book at the library a few weeks ago, I have nearly finished it and wanted to say thank you for being an inspiration. Your incredible story, strength of character and courage gives me hope in the face of great adversity and against immovable obstacles. You have reaffirmed my belief that anything is possible and nothing is impossible.

24.01.2022 A massive thank you to Jeremy Scott for sharing his inspirational story with us last night. He inspired the audience with his honest and personal accounts of hi...s travels. Jeremy began a challenge of a life time to solo bicycle ride from London to New Zealand. As he pedalled his way around the planet, Jeremy experienced many life changing moments and lessons. If you missed out on Jeremys talk last night, his book The Long Road from a Broken Heart is available for loan at the Broome Public Library. See more

22.01.2022 Hey guys, I recently had the privilege of chatting with the beautiful Rach Allan about my bike ride from London to New Zealand and the lessons learned from the experience. Check it out

22.01.2022 The Rotary Club of Currumbin Coolangatta Tweed Inc may be a small Club but they are an incredibly generous group of people. I had the pleasure of speaking there... last Thursday night and following the presentation, the Club made the spontaneous decision to support Heart Foundation Australia by donating $500 to their cause. Thank you so much!! See more

22.01.2022 Hello everyone, Im extremely honoured to be taking part in the 2018 Cardiac Challenge, a 3 day, 330km bike ride from Cairns to Cooktown. When you consider the ...distance, heat, humidity and the fact I have not ridden a bike in over 6 months, it would be fair to say, Im in for a world of pain! Please help me raise funds for the Cardiac Unit at Cairns Hospital by donating via the link below. This support will help provide invaluable, life saving equipment at this wonderful hospital. Thank you so much for the support. What goes around... http://bit.ly/CCJeremyScott

21.01.2022 Big thanks to the Cairns Post for their wonderful support of the Cardiac Challenge. This incredible bike ride has helped raise millions of dollars for the Far North Queensland Hospital. It was a pleasure to be involved.

21.01.2022 We are excited to have inspirational speaker and author Jeremy Scott with us for two great talks! In October 2011, Jeremy began the challenge of a life time - ...a two and half year, 51,916km solo bike ride from London to New Zealand. His journey made possible thanks to open-heart surgery which saved his life as a child. Come along and be inspired by this incredible story. Register now at http://library.tauranga.govt.nz/whats-/news-and-events.aspx for some pre-winter motivation!

21.01.2022 iI is beautiful to see that so many people are connecting with my journey and the message I have to share: Thank you again for your brilliant presentation; ever...yone loved it and it was one of the most inspiring talks I have ever seen. You could have heard a pin drop in that room and the audience were totally mesmerized by your amazing journey. Brilliant and passionate speaker, had us all dying to ask questions and the speaker very generously answered all our questions. Just so inspiring - the subject, the speaker. Very fluent and his enthusiasm made his presentation a joy If anyone needs an inspirational speaker for a team leadership or corporate event, let me know ;)

21.01.2022 UK Peeps - in a few days, my book The Long Road From A Broken Heart will no longer be available in the UK or Europe. Ive almost sold out with no intention of... doing a reprint. 19.01.2022 Tomorrow night, I will be speaking in Cambridge, the home of Cycling New Zealand about my 52,000km bike ride around the planet. The world class cyclists based in Cambridge are winning events around the globe. They are showing the world what elite athletes can achieve with self belief and a willingness to push through the tough days. Im no athlete, far from it but I will show the people of Cambridge that the average Kiwi can do something out of the ordinary. Its all about dreaming big and taking the first step :)

17.01.2022 Last year, I found myself in a beautiful market just outside of Darwin. As the lovely aromas from the food stalls drove me crazy, my heart was warmed by the sig...ht of three young girls giggling and playing together, not a care in the world. The first girl was Aboriginal, the second was of Asian descent while the third girl was white. All three coming from different cultures and ways of life. The initial warmth I felt was replaced by sadness when I asked myself why does this scene warm my heart? The sight of three girls from three different ethnic backgrounds playing together should not warm my heart, it should be normal. Sadly, this scene becomes less normal as we grow older. As I cycled through Sumatra, I spent a night camping with some university students. Half of the boys were Christian, half were Muslim. These boys were best of friends. They could not understand why there are problems in the world between people of different faiths and beliefs. In countries like Iran, Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia I was welcomed and encouraged to sleep in mosques, prayer rooms or the homes of Muslims. As a non-Muslim travelling in an Islamic Country, the doors of a mosque were open to me. A mosque was considered a home for the homeless. The fact I was a non-Muslim mattered not. Yesterday, hundreds of people were targeted and fifty were slaughtered in or around mosques because of their beliefs and skin colour. They were slaughtered in their peaceful place of worship. Because this appalling act of terrorism happened in a safe western country like my beloved New Zealand, it will dominate the news for weeks. If it happened in Afghanistan, Iraq or Mali, it would barely get a mention beyond the weekend. Old news. The weekend footy results, injures and suspensions would be far more news worthy. Lets not allow these atrocities to drive people of different beliefs further apart. Lets stand together and let the world know that this is not the way we want the world to be. Lets embrace people of different cultures and ways of life. Lets be more understanding and tolerant of other beliefs. The more time we spend in other countries, learning about different cultures and ways of life, the more we open our own minds and hearts. To the Islamic Community of Christchurch, New Zealand and the world as a whole, my heart is broken. Im so sorry for what has happened in Aotearoa. As-salmu alaykum. Peace be upon you. 16.01.2022 Next week, my final speaking tour of Australia begins and it will be a pleasure to address the locals at the Greater Hamilton Library. Ive learned what can be accomplished in life if we listen to the positive voice in our heads and stop making excuses. To realise our true potential, we need to ignore that negative voice, dream big and take the first step :)
