24.01.2022 Alright... I guess I can't upload a picture from my phone. I'd like to share a couple from yesterday but my illiteracy is very overwhelming this morning! Wright days was not a loss but low numbers and weather made it significantly less that it could have been. I'll post pictures when (if) I find my techie hat.

24.01.2022 I'm taking the weekend off to see my parents and kids!!! Will return to Crazy Woman Square on Monday!!! I'm going to take some time to go to best buy and have all my technologies tweaked too so maybe I can start posting pictures on this site! I'm fairly certain it is an equipment problem and not a user brain problem! Have a wonderful weekend everybody!

23.01.2022 Good morning Cleburne!!! The Mess Hall will be at Market Square all weekend this week for the semi-annual Antique Alley!!! Please spread the word and come check me out! I'm so excited about this and would LOVE to see any and all!!!

22.01.2022 After 3 days in Gillette, we headed to Buffalo... It felt good to get back to this wonderful town!!! I got all my permits, secured a place to stay (Jim McLaughlin's), a place to park (Crazy Woman Square) and food delivery set up. My friend Tom Bronson showed up the day after we did... good to reconnect with him! He will be hanging out with us for at least part of the summer.

22.01.2022 OK.... This is a "hold my beer, I'm gonna try something moment"! Tomorrow is Wednesday... in honor of the middle of the week, The Mess Hall will be set up for HUMP DAY ON HAL! Anyone who wants lunch can come visit me on Hal Street in the Hal Industrial Park in South Cleburne. Take Main (174) to highway 171 (toward Hillsboro). Hal is the first left after you go under the tracks.

22.01.2022 Annie got a job working in a local coffee shop... After 2 days, she decided working for me wasnt such a bad thing afterall and she quit her job. Her boss said she could come back any time she wanted to.

21.01.2022 OK... here are some pictures from the thing I did in Wright. This is us on our way... we stopped at a competing food truck in Buffalo for a burger on our way out of town. BIG GRIZZ burgers and fries are really good! The trip went well....we sang to the radio!

21.01.2022 I have had a busy week and looking forward to being in Gillette Wyoming this weekend for a 3 day JAZZ festival! Its called Donkey Creek! Grace and Annie will be my helpers and Doug McDuff will be ground support! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!!

21.01.2022 Aside from feeling completely inadequate at Facebook navigation... It has been a FABULOUS day! Annie and I travelled from buffalo to Gillette for the Donkey Creek jazz festival. I am all set up and ready for working! I made friends with the coke guy and my rum is thanking me as I speak for that connection! And my other friend, the ice guy just arrived with a precious smile and as much ice as I want!!! I'm posting pictures separately because I am STUPID!

19.01.2022 Ok... Pictures aren't going to happen right now! Ugh!!! Grace and Annie and Doug are on their way to me as I speak! The music starts at 5 tonight and will be going all day tomorrow and Sunday also.

17.01.2022 Today, I had to strategize food... we were short on several things because of last night's craziness! We are loaded up and ready to go to Wright, Wyoming for "Wright Days". Snooks and Grace are shopping a Sams and meeting us on I-25 to deliver them to me... nuts!!! My food supplier can't deliver until Tuesday.

16.01.2022 I was definitely a one-man-band in the kitchen this time. Tom was there to help when I needed him. It was hectic and mildly fun... a little frustration went a long way this time.

There are so many exciting prospects on my plate right now, I hardly know where to start! This week, The Mess Hall will be set up at Chances Nite club on Wednesday... Lunch AND Dinner!! 14.01.2022 Somebody is lookin in my window!!!

13.01.2022 On Satuday, the 15th, I took the Mess Hall to the airport in Buffallo where the EAA and Pilot's for Christ were having a fly-in. Grace came up from Casper with her friend Ashton to work the kitchen while I helped organize Young Eagle flights. I am posting several pictures of the fly-in.

12.01.2022 I made it to TEXAS!!! I am ready to work!!! My first appearance will be this coming Saturday at the Farmer's market! Thank you to Lana and the Cleburne Farmers Market for allowing me to join their growing Saturday market.

11.01.2022 Oh boy!!! We did a street festival in Sheridan last night and SOLD OUT of all the food we took. Annie was a trooper.... at one point, she came back to me and said "I am going to PASS OUT if I look at that line one more time!" She was serious... she was white and looked like she might throw up! I told her "Don't look at the line anymore... just look at the person in front!". After a glass of water, she was fine and we did very well together!

10.01.2022 We will be open in the Hal Industrial park today from 11-1:30 or 2 for lunch!!! We would love to have you come out for lunch!

09.01.2022 Hump Day on Hal was a GREAT success! Definitely going to make a habit out of that! Thank you to everyone who came by for lunch! I hope we see you again next week! During my time on Hal today, I was asked by one of the businesses to come do a customer appreciation lunch next week. So.... I will be out there for them and will also be available for any others who want to come buy lunch. I will let you know when!!!

08.01.2022 Day 3 of this festival has turned out to be pretty slow! I was hoping to sell the rest of my stuff because there isn't very much of it! I'm giving it another hour or so before I start packing! I have great pictures...as soon as I get schooled on how to do it, I will get them up!

07.01.2022 ok....That's probably enough for now... I probably overwhelmed my audience already! This week is bound to be a wonderful one! I will be doing my normal everyday thing at Crazy Woman Square Monday-Thursday. Then Annie and I will be crazy busy with The Bighorn Mt. Festival (bluegrass festival in Buffalo) all weekend... Next week, I'm feeding breakfast to over 200 motorcyclists who will be in town for the Norton Bike Rally 4 days in a row!!! I am SO looking forward to the challenge!!!

05.01.2022 I learned a lot about my expectations this last week... My normal way of doing things with my wagon is to go to events where I have a captive audience. I'm always busy because they don't have anywhere else to go! This is not the case when you are sitting in a parking lot! It feels like I'm failing because I'm not working as hard and fast as I can... when actually, I'm doing pretty good overall.

01.01.2022 The Mess Hall will be open in the parking lot of Chances Nite Club in Cleburne this evening for the football game! Come out to watch the game in the bar and get fed in the parking lot!
