22.01.2022 I challenge you to drink more water!! Join me in a small challenge for the month of December. Christmas parties or going on holidays it doesn't matter this is something we can all do. So why should we do it?? If you don't drink enough water each day, you risk becoming dehydrated. Warning signs of dehydration include weakness, low blood pressure, dizziness, confusion, or urine that's dark in colour.... Water keeps every system in the body functioning properly. Benefits such as: carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells flushing bacteria from your bladder aiding digestion preventing constipation normalising blood pressure stabilising the heartbeat cushioning joints protecting organs and tissues regulating body temperature maintaining electrolyte (sodium) balance. You could say it is kinda important. So here is what I want you to do. I want you to take your body weight in kg's x .033 = ( how much water i want you to drink every day).
