24.01.2022 Unfortunately we are still in lockdown and no real indication as to when ‘normality’ will return. All previous bookings and vouchers will be honoured once we open our school when safe to do so. Hope you’re all well- Garry

23.01.2022 In these tough times we have to be creative with the best ways to keep the food chain ticking over or you can be prepared for the next time we have a PANDEMIC by learning how to make your own at one of our pasta classes.

23.01.2022 Isolation can create boredom and you start to snack more than usual. Make a healthy muesli and coconut snack bar - cut into small pieces so you only eat a small piece at a time. It takes ten minutes to make!! Stay safe- Gaz

Due to the close proximity students would have to work it is impossible to maintain social distancing regulations. I have now set our restart as of the 1st August but that may change as regulations change. My sincere apologies for this ongoing inconvenience but please be assured that your Olive Tree Gift Vouchers will be honoured as well as Groupon vouchers for our Macaroon Classes. Groupon vouchers should be redeemed by calling the school or sending an sms with the Security Code so as to avoid any risk with expired vouchers. 15.01.2022 What a team!! - awesome Pasta and Gnocchi Class yesterday with Darren Isabelle Will James Claire Stephen Pamela and Anna. When so many of the public are fighting over stocks of pasta in shops you can all now, confidently, just make your own. Thank you for making the day so much fun and accepting the fact that I have a terrible memory for names. Looking forward to seeing you all back again one day.
