The following is a start regarding our deliveries and pick ups. Please read carefully and follow to ensure the safety of all. We would rather be over cautious and look out for the safety and welfare of all our members. Hub hosts I will be in touch shortly. Caversham pick ups will be left outside in a weather proof insulated container.Please ensure pr...ompt pick up with in your designated pick up time to prevent deterioration of your fresh produce. Hubs will be dropped outside and the same below procedures apply to picking up your order from a hub.We will be chatting to our hub hosts to ensure they are happy to remain hub hosts at this time. SAFETY AND HYGIENE- It is imperative we do not inadvertently spread infection, and keep each other safe. So please follow these guidelines when helping or receiving your order: WHEN DELIVERING WE WILL - Cleanse hands with hand sanitizer before handling the goods we are to deliver and then wear gloves as well. - We will wear new gloves each delivery as an extra measure. - place goods at a designated spot. We will simply leave items at the door. If contact is made we will leave a minimum of 1.5m between us. - We will let the recipient know we are there/have dropped off goods via text/messenger. Please ensure you have an up to date mobile number for us to contact you. WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER VIA DELIVERY OR PICKING UP FROM A HUB: DELIVERY Please let our delivery driver know if you are a potential/confirmed case of COVID-19. It wouldn't hurt to send us a text message prior or leave a note on your order in the notes section if you know then. If you are, make sure to follow guidelines and ensure no contact with our delivery driver. You can thank them via messenger! For deliveries please ensure a safe space for goods to be delivered. Be mindful of pets, please secure them. HUBS Please pick up promptly from hubs within designated times and do not knock or initiate contact with our hub hosts or families. Items will be left as usual please pick up and communicate with us via text message if you need to beforehand. It is important to be on our FB page to receive updates regarding deliveries and drop off times instead of dropping by to check if delivery has been made. Have hand sanitizer and gloves in the car for when picking up and handling your order. Remove gloves before getting in the car. -Please wash your hands immediately after handling goods at home.

There is a wait of approximately 2 weeks from when you order to allow the farmer and abbatoirs time to process this lamb. 13.01.2022 We are taking orders for Christmas hams. They are farm direct from one of our Perth farmers. They will be approx 2kg each at $35 a kg. We will invoice individually for the exact weight once we know. These hams are Nitrate Free and Free Range, smoked, skinless & boneless and come fresh or frozen. PLEASE NOTE these are very limited so first in best dressed.

13.01.2022 We're looking at becoming a plastic bottle top collection point for Envision/Helping hands. We love what they're about and what they do to help people. Would this be a service you would use? You can send ypur bottle tops in when you return your boxes....or bring them in store to Caversham. We'd also like to introduce waste free groceries such as nuts seeds flours and grains which we'll send out in recycled glass bottles which will all still be delivered to your door or local hub. 10.01.2022 As we head in to a crazy week of packing (we're starting a day early due to this craziness), can I please ask for everyone's patience and understanding as we can only get what suppliers have to give us. We are receiving extra deliveries from the same companies as they receive new stock especially re flours and I have been sourcing stock from new suppliers and brand substituting where possible, when there is no difference in the product. There will be many refunds due Im sure ...which I will work on on the weekends to make sure everyone receives their money back ASAP. Thank you everyone.

Cos and Festival lettuce $4 each Chard, Silverbeet, Kale are $3.50 a bunch Leeks $2-$3 each depending on size Chinese cabbages $3.50 to $4.50 depending on size each... Pak Choi $3 bunch Joy Choi $3 each Green Cabbage depends on size $4.50 to $6 each Spring onion $4 a bunch Coriander $3.50 per 100g We also have the below spray free produce from Albany... Cauliflowers $4.50 Brocollini $4 a bunch Red Cabbage small $3.50 each Spring onions $3.50 each I also have 1 only Grower direct organic seasonal box available for $50 It will have a variety of the above in it plus carrots potatoes and onions if you would like them . This produce is first in best dressed only and is not being released on our website as quantities are limited. As previously stated if we are to continue supporting our farmers we need to make their trips to Perth worthwhile so we need to support them. More produce will be available next week and I'm happy to take requests on this post for particular produce next week just let me know what you would like. We will send invoices out via pay pal. We need to give the farmer 7 days notice so its about a 2 week turn around time from ordering. This is just some of the whole lamb ordered. 06.01.2022 Who noticed there's been a shortage of meat on the supermarket shelves?? Not at The People's Market Perth. No limits on meat here either. We actually encourage you to buy more, share it with family or friends and directly help our local farmers. We will be listing Certified Organic Lamb and Pork by the half and full bodies. Packed and ready for your freezers. There will be a 2 week processing time and the farmer needs to give the abbatoirs time. The butchers can only process... so many in a week so we do have a weekly limit so dont delay if you need to stock your freezer. You will be pleasantly surprised at just how affordable this is going to be. CERTIFIED ORGANIC PORK - Half Body - 12kgs Full Body - 25kgs $16kg CERTIFIED ORGANIC LAMB - Half Body - 9kgs Full Body - 18kgs $18kg I am looking into Beef also. Please note that again in this uncertain time this is going to be PICK UP only from Caversham. It will come tray packed fresh and boxed from the butcher to our cool room. 03.01.2022 We've been out and about at the Albany Farmers Market talking to more farmers. One in particular who supplies spray free veggies. So we're bringing home spray free caulis, brocollini, spring onions, red cabbages and sugar loaf cabbages. We're hoping to be able to make these a permanent line but we need you guys to support these farmers by buying their produce. Is spray free veggies farm direct something you'd be interested in? The taste is definitely different to something you'd get from the big supermarkets and so worth it. Due to cooler temperatures produce like parsnips are sweeter and creamier and able to be grown off season to what we'd usually get in Perth.

Some are little, some a little curly, some are big and some are small...some are even 2 in 1.
