Two decades ago today these stunning paintings by senior artists from Papunya Tula Artists Pty Ltd were part of an auction at the Art Gallery of New South Wales which raised $1M and started Purple House. Deepest thanks to all those who were part of that extraordinary beginning and the beautiful journey that continues. 05.01.2022 This is a big proud loving story for a Friday. This week Wentjia travelled from residential aged care in Alice to her beloved home Mt Liebig. She stayed at her outstation with support from our team and family made a big fuss of her. The pics say it all, but a big heartfelt thanks to all who made this happen. Extraordinary!
