24.01.2022 How is it almost Christmas? This time of the year is stressful for many. Harvest, Christmas, School Holidays. Today I want to educate you on how you can notice stress in others, but more importantly, how you can help them. Clear signs of stress (within yourself, or someone else) Poor sleep... Irritability and anger Increased drinking or smoking Change in appetite Avoiding making decisions Forgetful Increase isolation What you can do to help: Delegate where you can Try and create some work life balance Talk about it Eat whole foods! Move your body You might be thinking "Hayley, these are so obvious" and do you know what? THEY ARE, but we are all human, and when we are stressed we become forgetful, sometimes all you need is a little reminder like this one, and it can make a huge difference

23.01.2022 WEIGHT LOSS WEIGHT LOSS WEIGHT LOSS This is something that drive me crazy. There are so many MLM companies charging you a lot of money, telling you need 50 million products but they don’t often even list the ingredients on these products, suggest you live off shakes. It's clear that there's a lot more to weight loss that just calories in and calories out, and I really wanted to share them with you... Swipe across to learn more. Let’s start getting to the root cause of health issues rather than bandaids and quick fixes.

20.01.2022 How’s everyone feeling post Christmas? I had a lovely couple of days with family and then straight back into harvesting trying to get as much done before we got a little rain yesterday. 11.01.2022 Does new year, new you sound familiar?? Did you know by February, nearly half of people's resolutions go out the window. Only 19 percent of people keep their resolutions at least two years after making them. Studies have shown the most popular resolutions were related to physical health, weight loss, and changing eating habits. So I thought I would share with you some tips to ensure you can achieve your new year goals for 2021. 1 Create goals around your values. If you are... wanting to achieve something that fits within your values, that is totally aligned with you, you are going to more likely want to achieve it. 2 Use a gradual approach. This is very hard, I know. I have a vivid memory 3 years ago having breakdown because my business to be at point X and everything I did in-between I thought I was failing or not good enough. But now I can see how essential the little steps along the way are and its soooo important to acknowledge the small wins along the way. 3 Be kind to your self!! I feel I need to get teeshirts with this on it because I tell it to so many people. You know that good old saying "Rome wasn't built in a day" or "you often take 2 steps forward and 1 step back". Thats ok, sometimes goals take a little while to be achieve, but every step in the right direction should be celebrated. If you need some help with your new year health and mindset goals please reach out. Having a support team around you, really helps achieve your goals so much quicker.

10.01.2022 Harvest is in full swing right now and fingers crossed the weather is in our favour to get a bit done! The last week or so I’ve have been struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But I simply tried to put one foot in front of the other and focus on what I could control. I took care of myself, cooked nourishing foods, moved my body and focused on filling up my cup (relaxing baths, brunch, lots of cups of tea and even some stand up paddle boarding). My question to you is how do you keep sane throughout busy times on the farm??

08.01.2022 I am choosing to ease into the new year! Ive been really struggling over the past couple of months, completely exhausted, burnt out and the toll of running a business through a pandemic really caught up with me. This week I am seeing patients on Thursday via Telehealth but I’m choosing to take it easier in January while we are busy on the farm still harvesting. This week I’ll be trying to jump on here more, get back to my emails and touch base with any amazing clients to mak...e sure they are going well after the festive period. I hope everyone is well and I look forward to chatting to you all soon. Hayley xx
