19.01.2022 Mr Shaggy washed his first dog in 8 weeks and there was no better way for him to start than with Dug the labrador pup. He was very brave and didn't make a fuss and neither did Dug.

18.01.2022 Hi everyone just letting you know I am working through our appointments and changing dates. I’ll be texting new dates next week, as we will just wait in case anything changes again! If you haven’t received a text by late next week, please contact me and I’ll check for you. Up to my ears in spreadsheets, something I haven’t done since my PA days! So bear with me!

17.01.2022 We might be getting closer to more politicians listening to us so if you’re up for signing, it would be much appreciated!!

17.01.2022 The oldies fill my heart with love. First we did Jokks, 15yo JRT x Staffy, then Maisie, 12yo cavvie x - both delightful pensioners!

14.01.2022 Sage at nearly 15 years is enjoying the lockdown. He loves having us all at home.

12.01.2022 We were really sad to hear that darling Layla died recently. She was a hoot of a girl, no idea on boundaries and always up for a cuddle. She especially loved giving an unexpected lick on the mouth if you weren't quick enough to duck.

12.01.2022 Diversifying!! Mabel the Polish & Edith the Belgium Bantam

11.01.2022 The Shaggy’s are babysitting a 9 week old Murray River Curly until he flies to Tassie on Tuesday. His name is Clancy and as cute as he is, Tilda will be happy to see the back of him. Someone’s nose is a tad out of joint!

10.01.2022 Always good to have a laugh

09.01.2022 And now for something lighthearted.....I think we can relate to ‘Rona tummies!!!

07.01.2022 Nimrod doesn't mind if Mrs Shaggy lies in his bed. Maybe she'll return the favour?

07.01.2022 Hey folks, quick update! I’m home yay. I’ve heard mobiles can work but as previously mentioned we won’t be for a few more weeks to catch on our beautiful patient understanding clients out of our area. Unfortunately I am on a cocktail of meds which means I have an extremely low immunity and I can’t risk seeing anyone until all restrictions are lifted. I please ask for your continued support and patience and I have my list to contact you all. Feel free to check you’re on the list! We’re so grateful to have such understanding customers and if you can’t wait I’ll pass you to some lovely groomer friends who are helping me out. Thanks again everyone Take care! (I’m sure the dogs aren’t shattered)

02.01.2022 Zoe had her groom in her mums laundry as it was too hot out in the trailer today. Such a happy little girl.

01.01.2022 Hello lovely doggy friends! Thought I’d better pop up an update. Of course we don’t know yet whether lockdown will continue or not so I can’t really start rescheduling yet. We’ve both had a few health issues unfortunately. Christopher is still having rehab for his knee replacement surgery and I’ve actually been in hospital since last Thursday night with a nasty bout of an out of control flare up of my Crohns Disease. These health issues will impact our return to work and ...we will continue to work from home for a while longer until we are back to 100% match fitness! Plus in future, we will be operating at shorter hours, and a lot less mobile jobs. This will be discussed personally with those out of our local area. It also helps with getting through more dogs without the travel time with less stress and impact on our health. At this stage I don’t know when I get outta here (can’t wait!) as I’m desperate for my bed and my dog next to me and of course the family! I hope we have your understanding and patience - hopefully your beloved pups are coping and getting brushed in the meantime. Stay tuned for next updates Thank you to everyone. Keep safe Gabrielle & Christopher xxx See more
