15.01.2022 I had the pleasure of capturing this lovely family the other week. An extended family session as a gift for mums birthday. It was a fun session, the kids laughed, ran and jumped around, there were loving embraces and awkward giggles. Some beautifully candid moments and some traditional family photo’s. Some perfect memories to always look back on.
14.01.2022 What should you expect during your family session? We let the kids lead the way. You can expect them to run wild, jump laugh even cry and scream if they want to! Mum and dad shouldn’t need to worry about your little ones looking at the camera, because the most beautiful candid moments capturing you and yours as you are is within the chaos. @ Sydney, Australia
13.01.2022 Matrescance. A beautiful becoming. Through birth she becomes new, she becomes Mother. I first heard the word Matrescence from @amytaylorkabbaz at the first #camdenwellnessexpo . I was in my first year of motherhood and it completely changed my perception on what I was going through. That how we feel as women, and then as mothers is a transformation all of its own. That we have to in a way mourn our old life as we welcome and manage our new life of motherhood and with each birth of a new child the transformation begins again. This word honestly helped me and it should be something we speak of more often. If you know a new mum, or someone about to become a new mum, tag them in this post. Jess x
