19.01.2022 Heres some food for your thought. Protons have a positive charge. Electrons have a negative charge. Proton and electrons are exactly the same size but opposite. 05.01.2022 Reflecting on the meaning of this today. I feel that most people would be able to read concepts and for the most part, understand their theoretical meaning. This quote to me is about that penny drop moment when the concept becomes meaningful to the reader and were open to accepting and truly understanding. An example for me is the slow start I have had on the journey of yoga. I dont yet feel that Im quite there yet on the state of connection but Im acknowledging where I am at and consciously trying to tap into the feelings and sensations that arise during my practice. 03.01.2022 Lessons learnt. Mistakes made. Regrets had and perhaps sorrows, too. Heres a retrospective look back on things that have stood out, in no particular order, over the past decade. Although the memories of this are for the most part, fond, there was an underlying fear that someone would pick it up from the shelf and (heaven forbid) read it.
