25.01.2022 Often as adults we see others succeed effortlessly while we just seem to spin our wheels and get even more stuck. Maybe this interview with Shari Ware from Everything Weight Loss will shed some light on this for you by exploring your family over the generations, what they modelled, permitted and how they expected you to behave in order to be accepted. Please feel free to share, drop a comment, tag someone who would benefit or ask a question. I'm offering 5 FREE discovery sessions to the first 5 so message me and lets create a great 2021 together. https://youtu.be/pXRw4FiL9MM

24.01.2022 The Journey of Life Life is like a journey on a train with its stations, with changes of routes and with accidents! At birth, we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel by our side. However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone. As time goes by, other people will board the train; and they will be signicant i.e. our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of our life. Many will... step down and leave a permanent vacuum. Others will go so unnoticed that we don't realize that they have vacated their seats! This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, excitement, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells. Success consists of having a good relationship with all the passengers, requiring that we give the best of ourselves. The mystery to everyone is: We do not know at which station we ourselves will step down! So, we must live life in the best way Love, forgive, and offer the best of who we are. It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty, we should leave behind beautiful memories for those who will continue to travel on the train of life without us. I wish you a joyful journey for the coming years on your train of life. Reap success, give lots of love and be happy. More importantly, be thankful for the journey, and lastly, I thank you for being one of the passengers on my train! Anon. See more

22.01.2022 As I go through a turbulent period at unavoidably frantic pace, this wonderful book reminded me of the benefits of being in awe of nature. Capturing it really brings you back to the present. Hope you enjoy my micro pause

21.01.2022 During this time of isolation, we need connection now more than ever. Call your loved ones, write virtual love letters. Technologies like virtual communication..., streaming and broadcasting are part of our community collaboration. We will learn to kiss and hold each other through the waves of the web. We will feed each other, re-distribute wealth, strike. We will understand our own importance from the places we must stay. Communion moves beyond walls. We can still be together. ~ Mimi Zhu

19.01.2022 What's your money mindset and how is/isnt it serving you? Complete these sentences: Money is... Rich people are... Sales people are..... Success is... If you're interested in exploring this, message me for your FREE session. Fascinating to explore what we think without even realizing it. I thought I believed money was neutral and then I discovered the truth that kept me poor. Life changing opportunity and it's free. What are you waiting for?

19.01.2022 At first, the internal voice I needed to listen to was hardly audible and it was hardly noticeable, kind of like me in high school. Then I started paying more ...attention, and my intuition kicked in. I want to be clear that your intuition is different from your conscience. They work in tandem, but here’s the distinction. Your conscience shouts Here’s what you should do, while your intuition whispers, Here’s what you could do. Listen to that voice that tells you what you could do. Nothing will define your character more than that. ~ Steven Spielberg

18.01.2022 "Most people live life on the path that’s set for them, too afraid to explore any other but once in a while people with a courageous roar in their heart come along and knock down all the obstacles put in their way. People who realize free will is a gift you’ll never know how to use until you fight for it".

15.01.2022 Another helpful tool to get through this stressful time.

14.01.2022 This public service announcement is brought to by personal experience and my mood. Updated: Some of my more observant followers correctly pointed out this is in fact not a horse but a burro. I enjoy enhancing things of a humble nature with respect and affection.

13.01.2022 Parents - listen up. I'm coming across heaps of cool parenting ideas so I figured I'd share: 1. If you choose to x, you choose to y. (If you choose to leave your dirty clothes on the floor, you choose not to have your phone/watch TV for an hour. Oh, I see you've chosen not to watch TV!) the idea being you are teaching children there are consequences for everything, long before the day they're with friends, no parents in sight and alcohol, cigarettes, drag racing, drugs are o...n offer. The added advantage is you don't get into heated debates with the child. 2. Don't pay your kids for chores. (I did - sorry boys). I believe they should help but what your teaching them is to do mundane tasks, such as 9-5 jobs in return for money. 3. Dinner time is pitch time. What's your 7 year olds great business pitch? What's yours? The winner gets $1. The child learns they can be an entrepreneur and achieve anything. 4. Want extra pocket money? Sweet. Read a chapter in a book and tell me all about it? (Child learns, you both communicate about something your child is interested in AND you teach them to enjoy reading. 4. Get them to do personal development of some description for 5-10 minutes a day or grant 1 extra hour of their favourite activity in return for one hour of reading about personal development. The 11 year in the example read 2 hours of The Alchemist in return for 2 extra hours of playing a game! Ironically almost of the above have come from my new favourite podcast.... about business... WT? For the Love of Money on Spotify by Chris Harder. Please add your ideas in the comments below and share with friends who have children because they are what they think!

10.01.2022 Your NeuroCoach: The Highs and Lows of Success. Why is it so common for a person to feel exhausted a few days after having a major insight or breakthrough? And why do many high performance people feel burnt out after completing a big project, even if it was highly successful? From a neuroscientific perspective several things can be happening. When people strive hard and continuously work for a very big goal, they often stay highly focused for long periods of time. They fore...Continue reading
