25.01.2022 Mother’s Day celebrates the relationship between mother and child but it is a day that can be filled with pain and sadness for those who are struggling with infertility or loss. It can feel as if there are reminders everywhere of something you desperately want, but for now, feels out of reach. If you find yourself struggling take some time to recognise, acknowledge and honour your feelings. Give yourself permission to cope in the way that feels best for you spending time ...with your partner or a close friend, doing an activity you enjoy or find calming. This year will be quite different as many of us are unable to spend time with extended family as we usually would. Take care of yourselves and know if you need us the counselling team is here to have a chat and provide some support.
