20.01.2022 Hey Kransky Konnoisseurs. It's almost Canberra Show time. Come visit us 22-24 Feb at the Healthy Food Court. We will also be down in Port Fairy for the Folkie 8-11 March. The German Kitchen is going to be attending The Machine Show in Braidwood 29-31 March. This is a new one for us. It is a vintage motor cycle event on the Kings Highway. There will be a Show and Shine on the Saturday and a parts swapmeet over the weekend. Camping tickets are still available.... We are now stocking Deb's Curry Ketchup (homemade tasty sauce) for sale.

14.01.2022 The beginning of the baking frenzy for the National Folk Festival. That's six ApfelKuchen (apple crumble cakes) down, five more to go. Then it's on to the carrot cakes. 8 of them, then possibly some Mandelecke (Almond Slice), if I have enough time. (Or if I'm not all baked out)

07.01.2022 Just finished at Wauchope 4WD show and are resting before the Dubbo 4WD 15-17 Sept Dubbo Showground. Our big van is going through some renovations so we will be using our small stall but the sausages will be the same tasty goodness we always sell. We have worked hard to ensure quality in the food we sell and regardless of which stall set up we use, the sausages are still great. Hope to see you there.

Due to the new direction that the organizers are taking the National Folk Festival, the German Kitchens application has not been accepted for the 2018 event, after 20+ years of trade and loyalty. They have decided to go with another german sausage stall. We are not the only stall not accepted. Bruno's Pizza is also not attending. Probably more shocks to follow. We wish all our loyal followers that are attending next years event a fantastic Folky and for those of you who also attend the Port Fairy Folk Festival we will see you in March.

05.01.2022 Hey guys. The German Kitchen will be at The Station in Newcastle on Friday night, 19th July 2019 for the Bar, Beats and Eats. The Annual Bikers for Kids Christmas Toy Run Newcastle will be launching that night. Come and give them a big sendoff from 4pm to 10pm. The inaugural The Station Chilli Festival is being held on the 28th July from 4pm till 10pm. Again, The Station, Newcastle. Come and see us and share a photo on the night.

01.01.2022 This weekend, come out to the Cessnock Airshow. Presented by Airventure Australia, there is something for everyone. Planes large and small, helicopters and some drones as well, joyrides, kids jumping castles and rides and the most amazing old planes doing flybys.
