07.01.2022 I've changed. I've grown. And I'm constantly evolving. I don't say yes when I want to say no. And I don't say no when I want to say yes. ... What has changed me? Experience. Desire. Ceremonies. Loving Relationships. Open Hearted Men. Beautiful Friendships with Women. Meditations. Nature. I appreciate the little things. I scan the world for the positive first, not by choice or by accident but because I have programmed myself to do so. Put me in a busy street in the middle of Brisbane, traffic, noise, distractions. I'll see the beauty and joy of that one green leaf on that half dead tree. There is a million things I could complain about but I won't because they don't matter. Complaining, whinging and seeing the negative won't get me anywhere. Pause. Take a breath. Focus. Focus on Love. Breathe. Breathe it in and breathe it out. With every breath out you choose to let something go & with every breath in you choose to bring something in. I want to wake up with a smile on my face every day and I do. I want to feel joy every day and I do. Some of my practices to keep living this life is spending time in nature daily, writing and journalling as well as nurturing loving relationships... I feel like we need to record what happened when I read this little piece on my friends wall at her house. So much Gratitude for all of those that allow me to be me and encourage it even more. ...
