24.01.2022 Friends! We now have a physical space to practice yoga! After a whirlwind couple of weeks, I'm incredibly excited to start this adventure - The Yoga Spring, a new space for yoga in Stones Corner. This will be a space for community, connection and good vibes for all. 17.01.2022 CONTEMPLATION on Happiness . For the longest time I was told and stood strongly in the narrative and belief that I was and am a happy person. And I grasped onto this at the denial of other true emotions (e-motion = energy in motion). And then deep sadness settled heavy upon my being. And I lost "me", this seemingly endless happy person. . In stillness and in nature, a discovery of a vast, peaceful space emerged. It was shared beautifully on the weekend that we can live in th...e whitewash of joy, sadness, anger, excitement, frustration. However beyond that is the expansive ocean of contentment.
