24.01.2022 I have just emailed this to ANZ Docklands Head Office "I am a longterm ANZ customer with both bank accounts and a mortgage. I see on the website of Switch Now Homes Loans that ANZ is a lender to this company. Switch Now is run by Richard Pusey, who is the unspeakable coward who filmed and abused a policewoman who lay dying after the horrific crash in Melbourne yesterday. I request that ANZ cut ties with Richard Pusey immediately. As a man with police members in my family, I c...annot deal with anyone who does business with low-life. If ANZ does not cut all ties with Switch Now, I will cut ties with ANZ. I will also copy this email onto my social media. If the ANZ logo is still on Switch Now's website by COB Friday 8th May, I will instruct my mortgage broker to find a more ethical and caring lender. yours sincerely Warwick Duncan" The only way to cut this person down to size is through the hip pocket. Check out https://www.switchnowhomeloans.com.au and see if your lender deals with him.

22.01.2022 Friends. I speak about my incredible journey since i got my 2nd chance at life. I cover HOW I achieve my goals, but far more importantly WHY I do it. People always tell me how inspired they are after hearing my talk. If you know a group, club, school or organisation that is wanting an inspirational speaker, let me know. If you don't know anyone, just Share this post please.

20.01.2022 Great news, and a huge thank you to ANZ Docklands Head Office! Following from my email to ANZ demanding they cut all ties from that lowlife mortgage broker Richard Pusey, I received this response from a senior manager within only 1 business day: "Hi Warwick, Thanks for getting in touch and pointing that out. We actually discredited him several years ago so he should not have our logo on his site. We are now looking into how we get the logo taken off as it is clearly misleadin...g. I completely understand and respect your position on this matter and appreciate you reaching out to us. Please get back in touch if there is anything else I can do to help, my mobile number is listed below. Regards, XXXX XXXX XXXXXX | ANZ | Media Relations Senior Manager" Good on you ANZ See more

19.01.2022 This was fun! Tiger Moth flight over the Yarra Valley, we even flew over our house in Warburton.

18.01.2022 So sad to hear this. I first met Tony at the 1997 Sydney World Transplant Games. He was one of the few liver recipients I know who's liver transplant has lasted longer than mine. Tony did a power of work for the transplant sport cause. Vale Dr Tony Harding.

17.01.2022 I have just had the most fulfilling weekend. I volunteered at a Blazeaid camp in East Gippsland, helping rebuild fences after the terrible bushfires a few months ago. The property I was working on had been completely overrun, the house was lost and so were many animals. Poor bloke is still in a caravan, and will be for many months yet. He needed 4kms of fencing rebuilt, and there was no way he could have done it himself. @Blazeaid is a wonderful organisation doing great things for our farmers out there who are doing it tough. Their volunteers are true blue Aussies (even if they weren't all actually Australian).

13.01.2022 I have been running this membership drive for Rail Trails Australia for the past 2 weeks as a volunteer and it is looking like we have increased membership by 20%. Anyway, last few hours as promotion closes at midnight tonight.

11.01.2022 Finally, we are at Everest Base Camp. It's cold, snowing, and to be honest a bit underwhelming after all the hard work it takes to get there. You can see the yellow tents where the Everest climbers stay to acclimatise before heading uphill, but we can't go in there. There's even a barrier across the entrance. 11 days of trekking, and this is it. But it is all about the achievement, I MADE IT! And now to head back down.

08.01.2022 This is an amazing place. On this barren, windswept spot people build cairns and memorials to Everest climbers that didn't make it. It gives you a tiny inkling on how dangerous this caper is. Desolate. Haunting. Beautiful. On the way back, this is where John Hoskins and I toasted Jon Johnson, an old friend from Park Orchards who died while training for an Everest attempt in 2016.

06.01.2022 Be IN IT for AUTISM. Starting today make your kilometres count.

04.01.2022 Easily the best part of my 2nd Chance has been seeing my children grow up and become the fantastic adults they are today. Today is the 31st anniversary of my liver transplant and my kids gave me this magnificent bottle of wine in honour of my donor Samantha.

03.01.2022 Just realised something, and had to share it with someone. I'm 61 years old and last month passed the point where I've had my 2nd liver longer than my 1st.

01.01.2022 BUCKET LIST WARNING - I have just heard that today I get to tick something off my #bucketlist. With the Victorian lockdown I had to change plans for this year's event and decided to do this one instead - but it depended on getting good weather on the day. Can you guess what it is? Hint - Yarra Valley
