23.01.2022 Have you ever wasted time looking for paperwork in the office to find it completely where it shouldnt be? Or are you looking at the filling basket thinking thats 3 months of invoicing sitting there! Maybe you walk into the office and it just sucks your soul because its a mess and you dont know where to start?... Getting organized can sometimes be hard work to locate, label and file everything correctly. But once you do you will feel so accomplished, save time and be more efficient. I love redecorating and swapping all my folders over to match so that my workspace is appealing and it makes me more productive Sometimes we just need to do it!

15.01.2022 Lets get it together! We could all use a little more organizing and time I love doing book work, i love the satisfaction of everything coming together at the end! But for some its a little daunting or just plain boring! Whatever your reason I can help. ... Let me simplify your work load. If your manually doing books I can bring you into the new age! If your using an accounting package I can stay with it and just take over your work load. Save you hours big or small. On a permanent or casual basis. Whatever state your books are in im confident I can tame them!

07.01.2022 We could all use a little more freedom! Think about why you started your business? Obviously to create financial freedom and provide a service that you are passionate about! But you were probably also thinking about working around a schedule that suited your lifestyle that created some sort of freedom? (Am i wrong?) But its easy to get caught up doing the 'hard' work yourself! (When you could outsource) Most small business owners have financial freedom but no time to enjoy the moment.... So I ask you... 'what is your time worth to you?' And 'what would you do with your time?'

06.01.2022 Who else is most productive in the morning?? I love getting up early like 5am and cleaning the house before the kidlets have the energy to destroy it again Then I plan and prep diner, pack lunches and baby bag (all the mum life chores!) But once I run around the house like a whirlwind its now 6.30am and everythings done and the moment you find to just drink your herbal tea is that much more satisfying! Happy Hump Day to all the working parents

04.01.2022 You can wake up earlier, go to bed later, sacrifice over and over again to find more time to do what needs doing.... Or you could hire an Assistant to help you with your business so that you have more time for memorable moments with friends and family! Its as easy as going out for a coffee and handing over the books! Only want an hour a week.. no problem want more.. no worries. Work with an assistant who wants to help you achieve your goals and see you enjoying your time!... P.s- How cute is my little one!

01.01.2022 What are you looking for in the perfect Virtual Assistant? Reliability and professionalism would be at the top of my list! Then what? Great organization and attention to detail (is the STANDARD) What about local? (being able to meet the person your entrusting with your business)... Personality? (your going to have to communicate with this person and in some cases your clients are going to be communicating with this person. So what kind of person would you like at the other end of the computer or phone?) I would 100% ask myself these questions before hiring an Assistant. After all I'll be working and communicating with this person, so I feel its important. Why not put me to the test! Meet me, Greet me and see If I fit into your ideal VA category.
