12.01.2022 Hey, Just wanted to share this with you. There are 4 ways to tell the world what you do. ... Each will bring with it a deeper level of conversation. Essentially - you want people to get curious enough to ask another question about 'how' you do what you do. 'Bare Claim' ========= This is the simplest form of marketing. example: 1. Lose Weight 2. More Money 3. Better Relationship 'Basic Claim' ========= This is the most classic marketing headline still used today example: 1. How to lose weight without giving up chocolate 2. How to make more money without working harder 3. how to improve your relationship with high quality questions 'Extended Claim' ============ This is what you see 90% of the time on your newsfeed and on the cover of print media. Examples: 1. How to lose weight without giving up chocolate in less than 30 days 2. how to make more money without working harder this year 3. how to improve your relationships with high quality questions in less than 6 minutes per day Now this is where you have to think 'systems'.... The 'Unique Claim' ============== The power of this claim is that people need to ask 'how' to understand it... And that causes them to dig deeper into your offer (which is what we want, right?) Examples: 1. How to lose weight in less than 30 days with the simple three ingredient, fat burning breakfast smoothie 2. Make more money this year using the 'profit waterfall' prospecting system that gets 14 new leads per week 3. Improve your relationship in less than 6 minutes using the 'yes dear' 3 question framework. These are silly, to the point examples - please use them as an example only. I just wanted to show you how each one looked in a basic form. Do me a favour, go look at your 'message' and if you have a system or process that is proprietary to your business, use it in your marketing! 09.01.2022 Some days just feel hard. Today is one of them. Im doubting myself, and second guessing myself. It has been happening all day today.... Right now I feel like the people I can help dont value my expertise. Like theyve seen so much other stuff they just dont believe what they see or hear any more. It kind of sucks, because here I am with my little family putting everything on the line to help people. And I dont ever want to be like everyone else just taking money and not thinking about the end result. That just doesnt seem right to me. I really care about this, about you. It matters to me. But today Im wondering if its all worth it. Hopefully tomorrow changes that for me.

06.01.2022 Get what you came for ================= 2 years ago I spoke at an international conference in Hawaii. This was 72 hours after I had emergency surgery in Australia.... I was on heavy pain medication and I had to inject myself every 4 hours to prevent blood clots with the long haul flights. It would have been easy for me to cancel. Maybe I should have in hindsight. But I worked hard for this opportunity. How often are you doing the work and giving up just before you reach your goal? What could you do this week to really make sure you get what you came for. 01.01.2022 3 big mistakes that could be hurting your coaching biz. 1. Youre in love with your product and the market doesnt want it. Dont be afraid to make changes to your offer if there is no desire for it. Youll know theres desire if you offer something valuable and people take it up.... If your lead magnet isnt getting opt-ins or you struggle to get people to pay you for your coaching then chances are you need to work on the value and desirability of your offer. Serious coaching business results come from listening and not getting caught up in what you think the market wants from you. 2. Being vague about who you are helping. Im a life coach doesnt let your market know you can help them. Dont make it more difficult for them to work out how you can help. Spell it out. I love helping X to achieve Y in Z timeframe. Remember people buy outcomes not titles. The more specific, the better the cut-through. 3. Going in for the ask before you give If this sounds familiar go change it right now... Ive learned a really great skill and I want to show you how it works .... Ive only got 5 free calls so act quick Switch up your thinking. Instead try this... Heres a video explaining how you can do X, its only short but I hope it helps. Guess what happens next.... they make progress and then they trust your credibility. Then the ones who are ready to take another step will say hey, I loved that video it really helped me and you can ask them if theyd like to jump on a call Feels so much nicer and value based. Anyway - your doing a great job, just remember that the stuff your learning from the big names in the industry works for them because theyve got a massive email list, solid social following and they got onto things before everyone else did.
