11.01.2022 What a magical day at the Waterwherl. First week of the Art Trail done and dusted, and with such panache. Thank you to the many people who came to see us today.... The atmosphere was warm, busy and full of interest. Both of us were run off our feet with constant questions and interest in our work. The actual history of Michael’s galley was a main interest and topic of visitors as they entered the doors of the gallery. Finding such a gem of a building, so beautiful and so innovative in its construction was the main theme. The fact that the artists were in it working just added to its magic. Thanks must go to Alison, (Ali) Cheryl and of course Michael today for the support they gave us. See you next week. So looking forward to it, together with the lovely ceramicist Sharon Mackay. 04.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CURRENT STUDENTS WHO ATTEND LITTLE LEOS & LEOS Hi Everyone The owners of the Waterwheel Gallery and myself had a meeting today to discuss the current COVID-19 pandemic and its issues in relation to our Leo family attending this term. It is incredibly important to us that you and your families remain well and protected as much as possible. Respectfully, we also have to be mindful of ours. ... In light of this we have decided to follow in line with the WA Education Department. When the decision is made to suspend school attendance until, say, next term, so will we. If you decide, in light of your individual family's circumstance, to not attend before then, that is totally understandable. Just shoot us a line to let us know your decision. Any family who has paid in advance, do not be concerned, should we need to close, the time and monies will be credited for next term. Warmest regards and wishing you all health, peace of mind and creativity. x Mrs Fez and Cheryl
