Place all other ingredients EXCEPT the dark chocolate into the food processor and blend until the mixture is combined and forms a sticky consistency 3. This Chocolate Mixed Berry Slice recipe by @__cookingwithkate__ is a perfect guilt free treat when you are craving something sweet. . Recipe Below! Make sure you share your creations with us by tagging #EATFIT . Ingredients:... Base: 1 cup oats 1/4 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp sweetener 2 tbsp protein powder 1 tbsp cacao powder 40ml almond milk Middle: 170g Greek yoghurt 1/3 cup frozen raspberries 1/3 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup strawberry or vanilla protein powder Top: 1/4 cup dark chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil . Method: 1. Blend together all the base ingredients and press out in a baking tray. (Set in the freezer while you make the next layer) 2. Blend together all the middle ingredients and blend until it forms a thick ice cream like consistency 3. Set in the freezer for 1 hour 4. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in microwave for 45- 60 seconds and spread on top 5. Set back in the freezer for 30 minutes 6.
