20.01.2022 A JOURNEY DEAR TO US This is the most simple and basic component of life: our struggles determine our successes. Mark Manson, Avant-Garde Camping C...o. is a culture about creating a fun working environment while delivering a high quality experience for the client, all round smiling faces and generally getting on with it whatever the weather. Our ethos has been built from ground up, starting 8 years ago by a young couple of great polarity, Jennah and Brad Hallam. If it wasn’t for their sweat, blood and tears several years ago, we wouldn’t be what we are today. . Fast forward to July 2019, the Avant-Garde brand has grown, consisting of a handful of staff members, meanwhile Brad manages his own well established structural landscaping company. On July 1st we also joined forces with Flash Camp where Jennah became the new director of this well established Byron brand. So many good things were happening, so much excitement. . This was also the same day that our OG Brad had a major heart attack , at the age of 31, husband to Jennah, father to Myla and Avant-Garde family, a devastating moment for all. Despite the circumstances, we all soldiered through July, multitasking our thoughts and focuses between Brad’s recovery and our first Flash Camp festival under our management, Splendour in the Grass 2019. We don’t wish this upon anyone, which is why we are participating in the Heart Foundation My Marathon 2019.
