14.01.2022 Smudge me on the go Here I’ve created a special blend of young living essential oils with magical herbs for protecting clearing and Smudging , for while your out and about on the go and at work etc, we pick up energies everyday and every where we go , and it’s just a little inconvenient to take your smudge sticks with you, this oil can also be used to smudge and clear your doorways window sills anointing your candles in spell work and your alter , for those moments... you just don’t have a smudge stick around , it also benefits as a hand moisturiser and smells great too The essential oils & Herbs incorporated also have great healing properties Of a night time rub a small amount on the bottoms of your feet , this is a great oil to help remove restlessness , nightmares , anxieties , headaches and unwanted negative energies Recipe for smudge me on the go 30ml bottle ( I recycled an old moisturiser bottle ) Almond oil or pure organic olive oil young living pure essential oils Peppermint 3 drops ,Frankincense 2 drops and lavender 2 drops depends on the size of your bottle , 2 to 3 drops is sufficient 1 drop of Clove oil . These oils are all culinary oils aswell and digestible, so they can be used in ritual teas, and replacements as a herbs in food dishes if you do not have those herbs in raw form. ( refrain from using non essential oils in this recipe or teas and food cooking as essence oils are not digestible or of pure form and can cause illness if digested ) Herbs ; white sagewhite willow bark bay leaf elderberry pea flower mugwortlavender flower Cloves you can buy blends of protection herbs from alternative product stores , if you can not get access to any of these herbs above you can alternately use bay leaf cloves and white sage , You will need a small pump bottle to carry it in Gently place your herbs into the small bottle you only need a pinch of each herb , then pour your almond or olive oil into your bottle don’t over fill , put your 2 /3 &1 drops of young living essential oils into your bottle do this as your last ingredient, close your bottle give it a gentle shake say a prayer over it as you would when you are smudging your home and pop it in your bag ready to go If you have any questions on how to make it just leave me a comment and Watch this space for some great little giveaways and DYIs for other creations , and a range of no toxic home cleaning recipes Blessings everyone The Healing Batch
