25.01.2022 There’s a little bit of white out there this morning folks! We’ll be open for take away from 10am today - coffee, hot chocolate, toasted sangas, home made sausage rolls etc fingers crossed it doesn’t get washed away too quickly! (Even makes our back yard look pretty )

13.01.2022 Hiya folks! There’s no snow at the moment. The BOM forecast for Weeaporinah says snow down to 1100m this morning, dropping to 600m this evening (we’re at 537m) so we’ll be keeping an eye out. Fingers crossed it snows all night tonight!!

07.01.2022 Hiya folks, this Wednesday night special is Roast Chicken with home made stuffing, gravy, and roast veggies. We’re having a bit of a debate about dessert...I reckon Sticky Date pudding, but Myles reckons Orange and Poppy Seed cake, or do you reckon something else? let’s put it to the vote So what do people think is the perfect dessert to follow Roast Chicken?

07.01.2022 Hiya folks! Well done EVERYONE who's done the right thing and helped us drive down the numbers to the point that we're able to start returning to normal! Our kitchen renovation is coming along nicely and should be completed in the next couple of weeks - before and after photos to follow. We're really excited about what this will mean for our available meal times and cooking capacity and will also update you all on those details once we've got them sorted. In the meantime ho...wever, we remain closed for a bit longer. As you'd all appreciate, there's about 10 days of the year that outdoor dining would be pleasant or comfortable in Beech Forest due to our beautiful cool climate rainforest. Whilst our actual indoor floor area does allow for plenty of spacing between people, a 10 person limit per room when your premises are one big room leaves us in a bit of a predicament, we'll therefore be looking hopefully at an easing of this particular restriction to enable us to open up. In the meantime, keep doing the right thing so we can get there sooner. Stay safe and we'll hopefully see you all soon! See more

05.01.2022 Hiya Folks! We’re reopening Friday 25th September at 4pm, with our kitchen open from 5pm. We are sadly limited to 10 customers within the venue at any time, so we would encourage you to order take away meals where possible until this is lifted. Our menu is available on our website: www.thebeechyhotel.com.au and all meals can be ordered take away except Nachos and Steak. Please book ahead for dine-in. Cheers and hope to see you soon!
