19.01.2022 In continuing our support for the local community, this year The Belonging Project is proud to sponsor the 2015 Eltham Art Awards. These awards are a major opportunity for local artists and school students to showcase their artworks and be provided with an opportunity to exhibit and sell their work to the public on Fri 9th and Sat 10th Oct. The awards also offer more than $1000 in prizes, across a range of categories. 17.01.2022 I read this book over the winter here in Australia. I recognised so much of my own experience in Toko-pa's and her words and wisdom deeply nourished me. I can't recommend this book enough to bring a healthy sense of belonging into your life.

09.01.2022 Our circles are expanding. Last night I set up our first community organisation circle. This was to create a culturally safe space with the intention of equity and inclusion. These meetings have a tendency to wander off subject, you can leave them tired and frustrated. Last night we had the job done in 45 minutes!
