15.01.2022 Hello everyone! For this week's take-away meal, we are serving Soto Ayam and Bergedil. Soto is a brothy dish that is served with rice noodles and condiments like bean sprouts, fried shallots, shredded chicken and of course bergedil! Bergedil is beef and potatoes cutlets. They are so delicious to be eaten in Soto Ayam as they crumble a little in the broth and when you eat it, you get the beautiful taste of bergedil mixed with the spiced broth.
